- The internal team required lightweight tools to speed up product bundling, recommendations, and day-to-day admin.
What I owned
- Delivered a rebuilt Shopify theme with improved UX, navigation, and mobile performance.
- Integrated Algolia for high-speed search, recommendation widgets, and collection enrichment.
- Created internal tools to streamline operations.
- Developed new Liquid sections, upsell components, landing pages, and a redesigned cart experience.
- Implemented speed improvements across templates, scripts, and imagery to improve Lighthouse scores.
