Context
- The brand needed stronger landing page experiences, faster performance, and smarter merchandising capability.
- The internal team required lightweight tools to speed up product bundling, recommendations, and day-to-day admin.
What I owned
- Delivered theme development and UX improvements across key templates, navigation, and mobile buying journeys.
- Integrated Algolia for high-speed search, recommendation widgets, and collection enrichment.
- Created internal tools to streamline operations.
- Developed new Liquid sections, upsell components, landing pages, and a redesigned cart experience, including featured campaign/product pages.
- Implemented speed improvements across templates, scripts, and imagery to improve Lighthouse scores.
Outcomes
- Faster storefront with smoother merchandising and onsite search.
- Reduced internal overhead through custom tooling and automated bundle creation.
